Yes. Fleetrock is one of the few platforms built natively for both fleet operators and shop managers within a single system. Whether you run an internal fleet maintenance operation, a retail shop serving external customers, or both, Fleetrock gives your team everything needed to manage assets, scheduled maintenance, inspections, warranties, repair orders, parts inventory, billing, and telematics, all in one place.

Yes. Fleetrock includes fuel management capabilities within the platform, allowing fleet operators to track fuel activity and costs alongside their maintenance and repair data. For organizations that rely on dedicated fuel cards, Fleetrock also supports integrations with fuel card providers through its open API and webhooks framework, so your fuel data lives in the same place as everything else.

Yes. Fleetrock includes driver management as part of the platform. You can assign drivers to assets, track driver-level activity, and associate drivers with inspections and repair events. This gives fleet managers a complete picture of both asset and driver activity within a single system rather than tracking them separately.

Yes. Fleetrock includes full tire tracking and management as part of the platform. You can track tire usage, condition, replacement history, and cost per mile, as well as identify the highest quality part within a part type - giving your team the data needed to make smarter purchasing decisions. Tire data lives alongside every other service record for each unit, keeping your maintenance picture complete in one place.

Yes. Customers can gain access to the Fleetrock platform, giving them visibility into repair orders and service activity. This is especially useful for shops that service multiple fleet accounts and need a clean, professional way to share repair status, completed work, and billing with their customers.

Yes. Fleetrock is built on an open API and webhook framework that connects to telematics providers, transportation management systems, accounting platforms, fuel card providers, and more. Integrations are treated as foundational to the platform. The most powerful fleet management happens when your data is connected across systems, and Fleetrock is designed with that philosophy from the ground up.

Yes. Fleetrock is purpose-built to replace manual tracking methods like spreadsheets. Rather than managing maintenance schedules, repair history, parts usage, and warranty data across disconnected files, Fleetrock centralizes everything in one platform with real-time dashboards, automated PM scheduling, and AI-powered insights that give your team a level of visibility and control that spreadsheets simply cannot provide.

Yes. Fleetrock AI is available to all customers and can be added to any account. Contact us to discuss how AI fits into your plan.

Most fleet software treats AI as a reporting layer on top of existing data. Fleetrock AI is embedded directly into the workflows where decisions actually happen - inside repair orders, invoices, fault codes, and analytics, so intelligence surfaces at the moment it is needed, not after the fact. The result is a platform that does not just store your fleet data but actively uses it to reduce costs, catch problems early, and help your team make faster, better decisions every day.

Yes. We process your data only to answer your request. We do not use customer prompts or outputs to train its models, and your data is never shared with other Fleetrock customers.
